What you can expect

Three things we always do

Nothing clever — just the things people tell us other builders get wrong.

The quote is itemised, and it holds. You can see what each part of the job costs, so you can take something out if the total is more than you wanted. It doesn't move unless you change the job — and then we price that before we do it.

You get a programme, in writing. Start date, the weeks each stage takes and when we're off site. If the weather or a delivery puts us back, you hear it from us that day rather than working it out from an empty driveway.

The same men, start to finish. No agency labour arriving on a Monday who've never seen the drawings. And when we go, the site is swept, the skip is gone and the job is ready to use.
