Ring us or fill the form in. Send a couple of photos if you can — we can often price it there and then.
We agree a time, come and look at the job, and send you a firm price in writing.
Dust sheets down, floors and furniture covered. We keep to the dates and to the price.
Everything tested, the place left tidy, and the certificate and guarantee handed over. The invoice comes by email.

Nothing clever — just the things people tell us other firms get wrong.
You get the certificate, every time. Not “in the post” and not next month — the report or certificate is emailed within three working days of the job being finished, and it's the document your landlord, buyer or insurer actually wants.
The price is agreed before anything starts. Small jobs get a figure over the phone; anything bigger gets a written quote, itemised, with materials shown separately. If we find something unexpected behind the plaster, we stop and ring you.
We leave the place as we found it. Floors and furniture covered before we start, chases made good, and everything swept up before we go. Electrics are messy work; the mess doesn't have to be yours to deal with.
