Flowers made by hand
Wildacre opened in 2011 with one idea — that flowers ought to be arranged by somebody who is actually looking at them. Everything that leaves the shop is hand-tied here, not made up somewhere else and delivered in a box.
We buy from growers we know and use British flowers whenever the season allows it. Whether it is a bunch for your mum, a wedding or a funeral, we will talk it through and make it properly.

What to expect
Three things we
always do
Not testimonials — what you can hold us to.
You see it before it goes. If it is for somebody else and
you cannot be here, we photograph it and send you the picture before the van
leaves. Not after.
We tell you what is actually in season. Peonies in October
come a very long way and cost a fortune. We will say so, and suggest what
looks better that week for the same money.
Funeral flowers go straight to the funeral director. We
check the time with them ourselves and confirm it to you, so nobody is ringing
round on the morning.
