This site sets none of the ones that need asking about, which is why you haven’t been shown a banner.
What the site stores
One thing, and it stays in your own browser: whether you chose the light or the dark version of the page. Nothing is sent anywhere and nothing identifies you.
What it doesn’t do
No Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, no tracking of you across other websites. Visitor numbers are counted in a way that needs no cookie and no consent — I can see that forty people read the pricing page, and nothing at all about who they were.
Why there’s no banner
Because there is nothing to consent to. The law asks for consent before cookies that aren’t strictly necessary; a site that sets none doesn’t need to ask. Most banners exist because the site chose to install something that requires one.
