We come out, measure the rooms and work out the unit and where it goes — including whether it needs planning permission. Then you get a fixed price.
A standard install takes four to six hours. We core the wall, wire it in, hoover up and show you how the controller works.
Five years on our workmanship and seven on the unit if it is serviced yearly. We remind you when it is due.
Flats, houses and shops. The indoor unit goes where it will not blow on your head, and the outdoor unit where it will not annoy you or the neighbours.
F-Gas registered, and we will show you the certificate. Handling refrigerant without it is illegal. Ask any installer for the number before you let them drill your wall.
We tell you if it needs planning permission. Most outdoor units are permitted development, but not on a listed building, not in a conservation area and not on a wall facing the road. We check at the survey.
The quote is one number, not a starting point. Brackets, condensate, the electrical connection and making good are all in it. What arrives on the invoice is what you agreed.
