A look round and a quote
A short visit, free and with nothing to sign. Within two days you have a written quote with a fixed price, and that price holds.
The first clean
One cleaner or a pair, with a supervisor on the bigger jobs. If we hold keys, it is logged and signed for.
Then it just happens
Same people, same day each week, signed off on the sheet. One invoice a month and nothing up front.
Who we are
A family firm, not an agency
Kestrel started in 2016 with one bucket and a tired hatchback. There are fourteen of us now, all from Leicester and around it. Everybody new is trained in person and works alongside somebody experienced for the first month.

What you can count on
Three things we never get wrong
The same person, every time. You are told who is coming and you keep them. Nobody wants a different stranger in the house each week, and a cleaner who already knows your kitchen is twice as quick in it.
Keys are signed for. If we hold a key it is logged, tagged with a code rather than your address, and handed back the day you ask. Nothing that identifies your house is written on anything we carry.
Breakages get reported by us, not found by you. Things do occasionally get broken. You hear about it in a phone call that afternoon, and the insurance means it costs you nothing.
