The figure covers labour, ordinary paint, covering floors and furniture, and clearing up. We take 12 % off the wall area for windows and doors. The exact price comes after we've measured — and that one is firm.

Floors and furniture covered, cracks filled, then the paint goes on. There isn't a splash left at the end of the day.

We walk every wall together. You pay when it's done, and the work is guaranteed for 24 months.

Three things we always do
Everything is covered before a tin is opened. Floors, furniture, sockets, handles, the lot. Most of the damage decorators do happens in the first hour, before anyone has painted anything.
The room is liveable every evening. Sheets stay down while the job runs, but the tins, ladders and rubbish go. If you're in the house while we work, you shouldn't have to camp in it.
We walk every wall with you at the end. Under a light, not in the dusk. Anything you're not happy with gets sorted before we invoice, not after you've paid and started arguing about it.
