Photos of the work in progress — the scaffolding up, the felt down, the site left tidy — say more than any promise on the page.

What I’d put on a site for roofers
Not a template with your logo dropped in. This is what actually earns its place on a site for your trade.
- Emergency and storm damage work, marked clearly, with a number that dials
- Roof types you work on, named the way people say them
- In-progress photos as well as finished ones — the process is the proof
- Guttering, fascias and soffits, if you do them; they’re separate searches
- Insurance work, if you handle it — that’s a whole different customer
- The area you cover, and whether you go up ladders or use scaffolding
