You’ll have a first mock-up within a few days. A one-page site is usually live one to two weeks after you approve it; a bigger site depends on how much there is. I’ll agree a date with you before I start.
Then nothing happens and you pay nothing. The mock-up is free and you’re not committed to anything. Tell me what you’d want differently, or we leave it there — no hard feelings.

I do, and I’ll tell you what each part costs before I buy anything. The site can then run on my hosting for £249 a year — one figure covering hosting, the security certificate, backups and monitoring, so you don’t have to think about it. Already have a domain? We’ll keep using it. Want to host it somewhere else? Also fine — I’ll hand the site over ready to go.
I’ll help with the words — you tell me about the job and I’ll write them. Photos are best when they’re your own; real work looks like real work. Send me what you have and I’ll go through them and tidy them up.
You do. Once it’s paid for, the site is yours — the domain, the words and every file. There’s no subscription just to keep it online and you’re not tied to me. You can take hosting and looking-after from me if you want it, but you don’t have to.
Yes. Small changes, new photos, different wording — just get in touch whenever. If you’d rather not think about it at all, looking after the site starts at £39 a month.
